What disappointed you about Storm Front?

Jimmy needs to keep his antichristian slam against the resurrection of Jesus out of this book. Try reading More Than A Carpenter by Josh McDowell.

Has Storm Front turned you off from other books in this genre?

    No

What didn’t you like about James Marsters’s performance?

    Ok

Why we think it’s a great listen: An all-time Audible favorite that mixes historic fiction, adventure, and romance with one of the most fascinating literary devices: time travel. Outlander introduces an exhilarating world of heroism and breathtaking thrills as one woman is torn between past and present, passion and love. In 1945, former combat nurse Claire Randall returns from World War II and joins her husband for a second honeymoon. But their blissful reunion is shattered....

    Story
    What disappointed you about Outlander?

This story reads like a bodice ripper. Female soft porn with absolutly no finish to this pointless book. I have never felt so ripped off. I rarely write reviews but I felt so ripped off of time and money that I felt compelled to warn people off. A time travel book with very little to do with time travel. She could have come from Russia and it would not have changed the story. VERY BAD. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What could Diana Gabaldon have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

finish it. Remove 3/4 of the sex and half of the torture sceens. Tell a story.Let a character find out about the future and make changes, or invent something. Have someone go the other waythrough the time warp. Have that person come back and reveal the changes like the continued existance of the clans. Reveal both positive and negative aspects to the change. Have one be a deal breaker. Whatever.

What does Davina Porter bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

    This reader was great.

What character would you cut from Outlander?

    None.

    Any additional comments?

Send me back in time to the time I bought this book so I can save some time and money.
