I really enjoyed this book. I found two stories to be lame, but over all, it was great. I really enjoyed the last story. It was very detailed, it was so detailed, that it grossed out my husband who can stomach anything.
If you like King, you will enjoy this book. I a going to buy the book version, its worth reading.

This book really took me by surprise. I was hooked and could not stop listening to it. I have my Ipod speakers in the kitchen and I actually found myself cooking and cleaning in order to get more listening time in!

I found myself either loving the charachters or realy hating a couple of them. I became so attached to the charachter of Ollie the little boy, I was in tears! The ending is unusual and you will find it strange at first but if you think about this ending and discuss it with others you will find that it was truly fitting.

So, this book was good. It was nothing like Under the Dome(I loved that book), but it was good. Its only a couple of hours long, the time invested is easy and it is great for communting. Its a fun listen,short, and entertaining.

The narrator in this book is great! The drama and expression in his voice are fantastic. I have an hour drive one way to work and one day I was so engulfed in the book that I did not realize I had driven all the way home!
This book is very well done and well worth the time. I highly recommend this to all listeners of audio books

This is a great book. This should be mandatory reading for all Americans. The writing is colorful and passionate, the narrator brought this book to life.Chapter 11 was very dramatic and you could feel the characters pain. It was one of the best audio books I have listened to. Highly recommended.

The first 23 chapters of this story are about a couple who drinks too much, parties too much and has too much sex. 18 chapters of this over and over gets really old. The last 8 chapters encompass the bulk of the story but by this time I was really frustrated. I gave this two stars becouse the narrator did a very good job. The story is is whats bad

Awesome listen!! if you have a pet lover on your christmas list you gotta get this for them. It is only an hour ong so someone new to audio books would enjoy this.

I agree with some of the reviewrs, I would say this has 3 really good stories in it. Everything eventual, autopsy room and the last story (I dont recall the name). If you have a long commute and want something fun to listen to give this a shot. It will be worth it.

Let me start by saying I loved this book. I could not stop listening to it. My husband on the other hand hated this story (not a sci-fi fan)
You will enjoy this book if you like sci-fi and the posibilities of encountering other life forms. This story will make you think about God, if we are alone in the univserse and how we would react if we encounterd others forms of life.
A fun summer read that will make you think about the world and universe around you.

I purchased both the hard copy and the Audible version. I am listining to the audible version first and if I need to review anything I can go back to the book and think about it. This is a complex subject matter that can be difficult to understand. The writers does her best to make it digestable for us.
Otherwise it is well read and the speaker is easy to listen to.
