Seth Hubbard is a wealthy man dying of lung cancer. He trusts no one. Before he hangs himself from a sycamore tree, Hubbard leaves a new, handwritten, will. It is an act that drags his adult children, his black maid, and Jake into a conflict as riveting and dramatic as the murder trial that made Brigance one of Ford County's most notorious citizens, just three years earlier. The second will raises far more questions than it answers. Why would Hubbard leave nearly all of his fortune to his maid? Had chemotherapy and painkillers affected his ability to think clearly?

This is a great story with all the great characters from A Time to Kill! Three years after Carllee Hailey's trial, Jake Brigance finds himself again in the court! If you loved A Time to Kill by John Grisham, you'll love this story! Well worth the 20 hours of listening!

Harper Lee’s Pulitzer prize-winning masterwork of honor and injustice in the deep south - and the heroism of one man in the face of blind and violent hatred, available now for the first time as a digital audiobook. One of the best-loved stories of all time, To Kill a Mockingbird has been translated into more than 40 languages, sold more than 30 million copies worldwide, served as the basis for an enormously popular motion picture, and was voted one of the best novels of the 20th century by librarians across the country.

"Alexandra Scott, Alaskan Wilderness Woman". It had a terrific ring to it, but Alex felt a sudden twinge of uncertainty. She'd traded in her Wall Street job and fancy condo for a rundown cabin in the woods and a bait and tackle store. She'd wanted to escape the rat race and to go husband-hunting where men outnumbered women four to one, but was she ready for the challenge?

Before Stephanie can even step foot off Flight 127, Hawaii to Newark, she’s knee deep in trouble. Her dream vacation turned into a nightmare, and she’s flying back to New Jersey solo. Worse still, her seatmate never returned to the plane after the L.A. layover. Now he’s dead, in a garbage can, waiting for curbside pickup. His killer could be anyone. And a ragtag collection of thugs and psychos, not to mention the FBI, are all looking for a photograph the dead man was supposed to be carrying.

Well, I have now listened to 18 of the Stephanie Plum series. This lastest book is probably the least of my favorites. I think that it is time to wrap up Stephanie's love life, make a decision and keep a car for longer then a week. My opinion. I will still listen to the 19th book!!! Still love the character!!
