"Pure perfection. Excellent narration."
Top 3.
The end during the principal's speech & the woods scene are two moments that I sat perfectly still for so I wouldn't miss a word.
The principal's speech.
Yes. I started listening with my children but couldnt wait for them. I listened without them and finished in 2 days. It's beautiful.
I bought the book for friends as well.
"Who's writes street better?"
He is the best street crime writer there is. He nails the jargon, the speed, the grit.
Yes. The chase was great. Left me wanting more.
He has a rich voice and handles the rhythm of the cops speech and the street jargon well.
It doesn't need one. The title is the tag line!
"Easy read, nice back drop"
The main character was smart and feisty. I loved her best friendand their relationship. I thought their were too many characters, some needless.
Yes. She's a smart writer with a strong female lead.
I thought her voice for the main character was flat and monotone. I disliked her reading. However, her supporting characters were fabulous. She handled the accents well.
Yes.
"Perfect narration, what you expect from Coban"
It's in the middle. Not my favorite but enjoyable.
Absolutely. I love Coben.
He is the perfect voice artist. My favorite. He has a clear rich voice, it's intense. You feel every emotion in the book. I'm certain he improves Coben's work.
No but I rarely have that feeling.
"Excellent story, amazing narrator. Just LONG"
Its a great story and I enjoyed the depth but it was slow and long. Too long.
