I love to read but who has time. I'm in the car all day for work so listening to books is so perfect and feeds my habit. :-)

Lottie just knows that her boyfriend is going to propose during lunch at one of London’s fanciest restaurants. But when his big question involves a trip abroad, not a trip down the aisle, she’s completely crushed. So when Ben, an old flame, calls her out of the blue and reminds Lottie of their pact to get married if they were both still single at 30, she jumps at the chance. No formal dates - just a quick march to the altar and a honeymoon on Ikonos, the sun-drenched Greek island where they first met years ago. Their family and friends are horrified. Fliss, Lottie’s older sister, knows that Lottie can be impulsive - but surely this is her worst decision yet.

If you could sum up The Professional: Part 1 in three words, what would they be?

    HOT HOT HOT

What did you like best about this story?

What was not to like. The characters were strong, passionate, vulnerable and oh so HOT.
And thank goodness the narrator was awesome.
    Move over "shades of grey."

Which character – as performed by Kimberly Alexis – was your favorite?

They all were. Aleksansr and Natalie were so powerful and her Dad even Natalie's best friend.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Oh yes. I downloaded the other 2 books right away. I wish Kresley had more coming on this story.

    Any additional comments?

If you don't like to listen to really intense physical relationship this book is not for you, but if you do you will love this. Just keep a fan close by

What did you like about this audiobook?

The narrator was just bad. You can hardly listen to anything if
The person speaking is monotone, and cannot get into the characters.
    Bad.

How has the book increased your interest in the subject matter?

Only if this narrator was not speaking. And depends on the story.

Does the author present information in a way that is interesting and insightful, and if so, how does he achieve this?

    Almost anyone else.

What did you find wrong about the narrator's performance?

I'm not Sure I could not get through the first chapter

What would have made Fifty Shades Freed better?

a better narrater, and I'm sorry fifty fans, there are better books!

What could E. L. James have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

Combined this into one book and not made christian into such a whiney snob.

How could the performance have been better?

    a better narrater!

You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?

no. I couldn't even finish this one.

Don't bother buying the book! Just sit at the book store and read the last 3 chapters and you'll be good. You'll also skip all the nauseating crap I had to listen to. The only saving grace was the narrator, Nancy Wu.
