I am a big fan of Harlan Coben and loved his Myron Bolitar series. I really miss that series but am settling for his new series. The Mickey Bolitar books are young adult books and this is the second in the series. Mickey is Myron's nephew. I still enjoyed it as an adult and would recommend it to a friend, reminding them it is a young adult book so they won't be looking for something with adult tastes.

Seconds Away starts up right where the first one left off and actually continues the story in certain parts. Definitely read the first one first.

He did a very good job. I liked how he changed voices and made Mickey sound like a teenager.

The story was pretty far fetched and I had no extreme reaction but it did hold my attention and kept me wondering what was going to happen next. The end of the book makes it clear there will be another one coming up.

I really hope Harlan Coben will get tired of Mickey and bring Myron back.

I read the print version a very long time ago so I don't remember. I did enjoy the audio a lot and the narrator did a good job.

There was a surprising twist which I won't give away, towards the end of the book. I hadn't remembered it from when I read it and it was fun to find out about it. The end was very satisfying.

It was so suspenseful and I would constantly be fooled and want to know more about the characters. I don't want to spoil it but I liked the ending the least. I almost felt like I wished I hadn't listened to it because of the ending but that is taking nothing away from the story.

None. This was such a clever book and the author had a unique way of telling the story.

I liked Nick and the way he came to realize things about himself. I was very sympathetic to his character. On the other hand, the narrator for Amy was excellent and I loved listening to her.

No, although I could hardly stop listening to the book, which is a sign of a good author and excellent narrators, I felt terrible after I read it.

I love Jack Reacher. I've listened to or read all of Lee Child's books and find Jack Reacher an amazing character and so unique. He is no ordinary person and I'd love to know more about him.

I don't usually read short stories and was pleased at how enjoyable they were.

I would have liked it better if the characters had been more realistic or likable. I never warmed up to the main character.

This is the 3rd book I've read by Phillip Margolin and they have all been equally as interesting.

Jonathan Davis is one of my favorite voices. He has a nice voice to listen to and plays the different parts well. I will look for books he reads in the future and am glad he has read the other books in this trilogy.

Brad Miller is a great hero- honest, principled, and gets into the most amazing predicaments.

When I finished it, I immediately bought the other 2 in the trilogy. It was very suspenseful and I wanted to know more about Brad and Dana Cutler.

I really liked this book. It was part mystery and part courtroom drama which in my mind is a great combination.

I liked that there was a story within a story. At first the preface made no sense and I loved finding out how it fit into the story.

This is the first Scott Brick book I've listened to and I thought he did a great job. I will look for his name again.

For a person who likes courtroom drama, this is a good find. This is the first book I've read in the Andy Carpenter series and I plan to read them all.

Telling a memorable moment would give away some of the plot. I was glad I read the suggestion to read the books in order since the characters and their relationships change. The beginning of the second book tells the end of the first.

I liked Andy's sense of humor throughout the book and the comments he would make to himself. I've now read the first 2 books and both held a sense of tension and mystery while also being entertaining.

I'm not creative with tag lines but I pictured Andy as Brad Pitt and that made me wish a movie would be made of him starring in a movie.
