The principles in this book are good, but the book is written to people in a 1000+ employee organization. By far the worst reading of any book I've listened to so far. It has multiple narrators, one is difficult to understand because of an accent, the other has a harsh voice. It is very difficult to tune your ear to narrators that are so unique and change so often. I would NOT recomend the audio version of this book. The written version may be better due to the ability to better identify the core principles and NOT have the authors' narrating.

In my opinion, an audio books shouldn't contain footnotes. If it is so important, the author should have included it in the text. I am listening to this in my car or other situation where I already need a great amount of concentration to focus on the book. When the audio contains footnote and references, I easily lose my train of thought.

I really want to read this book, so I'm probably going to buy the physical book where I can skip the footnotes.

It would be so easy to produce another non-footnoted version. OR Maybe audible could have as part of the app, pop-up footnotes for those who are sitting in front of their device just listening (but then again, I could just by the book if I wanted all the footnotes and the take the time to just read.)
