The dramatic autobiography of one of China's dedicated, courageous, and intensely persecuted house church leaders. This is the gripping story of how God took a young, half-starved boy from a poor village in Henan province and placed him on the front line for Jesus, in the face of impossible odds. Instead of focusing on the many miracles or experiences of suffering, however, Yun prefers to focus on the character and beauty of Jesus.

Jeanne says: "Great book, one of my old time favorites."
    "Most encouraging, enlightening Christian book!"

    Story
What made the experience of listening to Heavenly Man the most enjoyable?

Listening while I worked around the house and while I was driving made for an informative and encouraging time, no matter where I was!

What did you like best about this story?

I was reminded and affirmed in my belief that the Holy Spirit is powerfully moving and saving and performing mighty miracles today, just like He did in the book of Acts and throughout the New Testament in the Bible. I've always known there's more than what I've seen in the American Christian church.... this is just further confirmation!

    Which scene was your favorite?

This is a tough one. Brother Yun's favorite is when God helped him escape from a maximum security prison by walking on instantly healed broken legs and going through 3 iron gates in front of dozens of security guards, untouched and unimpeded. I guess that's my favorite too!

If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

The persecution of the Christian church and the miracles God does for His children.
