Would buy it again, but the book was a bit too short when it finally got to the point. All in all, I still found it to be helpful and worth the money.
Not earth shattering new info, but logical and well presented. Very helpful reminders on how to stop thinking and tormenting yourself about "you know who". Basically - It's not worth keeping a jerk who can be happy being apart from you, while you suffer for them. That's not how genuine love works. THEY DON'T LOVE YOU, or perhaps never did. Real love is an unselfish emotion. It wants their partner to be happy, because this is what makes THEM happy. Real love does not leave you alone with the flu.
My grandson likes to listen when we are on the road. It keeps him still in waiting rooms on my Kindle. Delightful. I like it too! He is 13 And I am 58!! Never too old for the cat. (:
A must read for either sex, wanting to know how to get those first dates right.
I am 58, and wish I had read this when I was 15. It would have saved me untold suffering.
