The reading of her "father's" will has led her to a world-shattering revelation: her sisters are not her blood kin and she may be the heiress to a massive fortune. Her not-quite-fiance Judd doesn't care where she came from - he only wants her by his side. But the primal need to uncover her past wins out, and Savannah trades the Montana ranges for Miami's moneyed oceanside enclaves.

What about Madison Vaughn’s performance did you like?

Madison does the great voices, she knows how to stay on track with each charactor so that I never had to guess who's dialog I was hearing. Great voice with a fairly even audio level. I just hate having to turn the volumm up and down! Madison got the emotions across with out the flux in volumm control.

    Any additional comments?

A thriller, comedy, romance and tear jerker all in one! The plots twists and turns, just when I thought I knew what was next... it changed! LOL! Just love a book that can keep me in suspense. My husband really enjoyed it to, (I heard him laugh out loud a few times)

Ryder is the hardest Montgomery brother to figure out - with a tough-as-nails outside and possibly nothing too soft underneath. He’s surly and unsociable, but when he straps on a tool belt, no woman can resist his sexy swagger. Except, apparently, Hope Beaumont, the innkeeper of his own Inn BoonsBoro.... As the former manager of a D.C. hotel, Hope is used to excitement and glamour, but that doesn’t mean she can’t appreciate the joys of small-town living. She’s where she wants to be - except for in her love life....

If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

    Definate "chick flick"

    Any additional comments?

I love series that continue with charactors already intoduced in previous books. Nora Roberts does this alot. She manages to attach your friendship to her charactors in the 1st book, and by the end of the series... you have an entire new community!
If your looking for a great way to spend a few days, curl up in your favourite chair with the BOONSBORO INN series!
    I loved them!

The historic hotel in Boonsboro has endured war and peace, the changing of hands, and even rumored hauntings. Now it’s getting a major face-lift from the Montgomery brothers and their eccentric mother. As the architect in the family, Beckett’s social life consists mostly of talking shop over pizza and beer. But there’s another project he’s got his eye on: the girl he’s been waiting to kiss since he was sixteen.

Scientology, created in 1954 by a prolific sci-fi writer named L. Ron Hubbard, claims to be the world's fastest-growing religion, with millions of members around the world and huge financial holdings. Its celebrity believers keep its profile high, and its teams of "volunteer ministers" offer aid at disaster sites such as Haiti and the World Trade Center. But Scientology is also a notably closed faith, harassing journalists and others through litigation and intimidation, even infiltrating the highest levels of government to further its goals.

Do you think Inside Scientology needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?

I really don't see how a follow-up book could make the 1st book better. This story started great, shocking information on Scientology's founder, but fell flat mid way.I never did finish it. Sorry... but the 2nd half couldn't keep my attention.

Would you listen to North and South again? Why?

I really enjoyed this book, so much more than the watching the TV movie version. It's a very long story, so I'm not sure I'll have time to listen to it again.

Nola Leary would have been content to stay in Kilcairy, Ireland, healing villagers at her family’s clinic with a mix of magic and modern medicine. But a series of ill-timed omens and a deathbed promise to her grandmother have sent her on a quest to Half-Moon Hollow, Kentucky, to secure her family’s magical potency for the next generation. Her supernatural task? To unearth four artifacts hidden by her grandfather before a rival magical family beats her to it. Complication One: The artifacts are lost somewhere in vampire Jane Jameson’s occult bookshop. Complication Two: Her new neighbor, Jed Trudeau, keeps turning up half-naked at the strangest times....

What other book might you compare A Witch's Handbook of Kisses and Curses to and why?

I've really enjoyed the entire series of Nice Girls in the Half Moon Hollow. Molly Harper and Amanda Ronconi are a great combination.
This is the 1st book that contained charactors from accented paths, and Amanda tried to come through for us... I loved the "deep south" accent but "irish" didn't cut it.

What would have made Beyond the Highland Mist better?

This is the 1st book in the series, and I won't be buying any more. Not that the story wasn't good... just that it moved soooo slow.

What could Karen Marie Moning have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

The story line is good, just all those layers and layers and layers of discription! So frustrating! There isn't any need to discribe the heroine's feelings and emotions over and over. I timed it... 5 minutes of discriptive narration before another morsel of story.
I ended up fast forwarding through much of it, just didn't have the patience to wade through storyline filler.

What about Phil Gigante’s performance did you like?

He was the best part of this audio book. I enjoyed the voices and he does the scottish accent quite well.
