"Cute and funny story with some mystery"
I have to be honest...it was the title that caught my attention. It said to me "this could be a really cute story" and, for once, the title didn't let me down. I loved Molly Harper's dry, sarcastic sense of humor. Made me laugh out loud more than a few times. Even though it was based on fantasy, the story wasn't completely "out there", it was almost believable! I could actually put my feet in Mo's shoes and could imagine how she felt, could imagine being her. The mystery had me going until the end. I was wondering too, who could it be? The only problem I had was with the narration. I didn't mind Amanda Ronconi when she was just reading or speaking the female voices and she did ok with some of the male voices...it was her narration of Cooper's voice I didn't care for. To me, Cooper was a big brawny guy that should have had a deep comanding masculin and sexy voice. What I was hearing made me picture a short little whimpy guy that was maybe 120 lbs dripping wet...but that's just my opinion.
