"The next Hunger Games?"
Eventually... once I forget enough that it makes it worth it :)
Hunger Games - takes place in a futuristic Earth society, and young people finding their role and niche within it.
The zipline from the top of a huge building.
"Had to keep listening!"
Suspenseful
Intriguing
Well-written
Interesting and innovative storyline... if you get past the "this could never happen" thoughts ;-) OH but it ends in a cliffhanger so be prepared to buy book 2: Feedback (which I am doing when I finish writing this review).
Ice Man. We still don't know much about him by the end of the book but I am crazy intrigued and hope that storyline plays out well :)
Listened to it really quickly... it was a great and easy read.
"Politics in Narrative"
Didn't read the print version
Easy to follow, easy to listen to and gave a great insight into the ins and outs of political lives and what happens behind the giant stadium speeches.

"Touching and Intriguing"
I didn't read the print version...
It was authentic, interesting and thought provoking.
Was it read by the author? It sounded like it... had a real air of authenticity.
No, not in one sitting. There were definite "parts" to the audiobook, so it was broken up into different sittings easily. But I couldn't wait to get back to it!
"The movie was better..."
Journey for Acceptance
The kid. It was 90% about him and the story about his grandparents was kind of unnecessary and boring.
It was child-like, which was appropriate given the protagonist.
It was made into a movie and the movie was better. I didn't like the ending of the book, but they changed the ending in the movie and it made MUCH more sense and was definitely better.
Most of the book was good, everything 9/11 was good as was the relationships between the kid and his parents. But I didn't like the ending and I didn't really see the point in the grandparent story. It didn't add anything to the story.
"Amazing"
I couldn't stop listening to this audiobook. It was FANTASTIC and intriguing and unputdownable! WELL WORTH THE LISTEN, I can't emphasize enough!
