"Entertaining"
Quite entertaining really, the multicultural clashes are quite interesting. If it's not his mother in-law it's Dwayne the store employee, or even George, his boss, at the Paris Review. The narration is truly excellent, it is hard to believe that Bronson does all those voices.
"Very Inspiring, life changing"
This is a great book full of examples and is a very moving book. I especially like that he goes into detail of mistakes he has made and how he has learned from them. As he states in the book, leaders are not born, they are developed. I was sad that the book couldn't be longer and am now searching for more books regarding Disney Management/Institute and am now even a follower of Lee CockerelI's blog. This book was so inspiring that I bought 2 paperback copies, one for my myself, so I can make proper notes, and another for a former boss of mine which can gain alot of knowledge from this book.
