This is a wonderful book, well read. The characters and their world will engage you, and leave you wanting more. Elegantly and sparely written, with dialog that sounds both real and just right. It picks up where Plainsong leaves off, with some of the same characters. I was sorry for the book to end, and hope the series continues.

Only if they were into zombies.

I bought this title on the strength of an Audible email and its recommendations. I should have thought more before I did. Zombies and their stories, no matter how well told, are just not my thing...

I couldn't finish this. Maybe you have to have a British sense of humor. I didn't find it funny at all.

I loved the contents of this book, but hated the narration. The Narrator has a pompous tone when reading straight text, and then used fake accents when reading quotes within the text.

A great disservice to a book crammed with legitimate "Good News"!

The book often has interesting content, but way too many superlatives thrown around about Google and its founders. A bit more critical distance would have been appreciated. And the narrator's overly enthusiastic delivery tends to enforce the "best of breed", most creative, most this, most that, greatest this, greatest that view of the Google enterprise.

Robert Goddard has become a new favorite author. Though this isn't his best book here on Audible, it is quite good. The narrator is excellent, and kept my interest to the end.
