Held my attention from the beginning. The characters are strong, bold and unique!!
Gideon of course, followed closely by Lola. Gideon is consistantly in control, in charge and confident with himself and the situation.
Lola. I laughed outload several times by her reponses and actions!
When I heard what his mother had done to him.
The story line is fabulous as usual for Nora Roberts. But since I did not care for the narrator, I probably should have read in print.
The characters seem to flow in to each other. That makes the story even flowing.
Narrator was obviously having trouble with the accent. Paused for a determinable amount of time before changing characters. I even put it up to hear twice as fast hoping it would move along. No help.
This is a really fun, fast paced story. The story line is easy to follow and keeps you waiting for the next chapter to unfold. I love this type of reading in between the giant novels!!!
The confrontation in the front yard with the elderly
I found a new author that is truly enjoyable!
