Held my attention from the beginning. The characters are strong, bold and unique!!

Who was your favorite character and why?

Gideon of course, followed closely by Lola. Gideon is consistantly in control, in charge and confident with himself and the situation.

Which character – as performed by Dion Graham – was your favorite?

Lola. I laughed outload several times by her reponses and actions!

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

When I heard what his mother had done to him.

Another hit for the in death series. Short story but, once again this was thoroughly enjoyable. Best narrator for JD ROBB.

With the legends and lore of Ireland running through his blood, falconer Connor O’Dwyer is proud to call County Mayo home. It’s where his sister, Branna, lives and works, where his cousin, Iona, has found true love, and where his childhood friends form a circle that can’t be broken. A circle that is about to be stretched out of shape - by a long-awaited kiss. Meara Quinn is Branna’s best friend, a sister in all but blood. Her and Connor’s paths cross almost daily, as Connor takes tourists on hawk walks and Meara guides them on horseback across the lush countryside.

Would you consider the audio edition of Shadow Spell to be better than the print version?

The story line is fabulous as usual for Nora Roberts. But since I did not care for the narrator, I probably should have read in print.

What did you like best about this story?

The characters seem to flow in to each other. That makes the story even flowing.

How could the performance have been better?

    Different narrator

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

    Both

    Any additional comments?

Narrator was obviously having trouble with the accent. Paused for a determinable amount of time before changing characters. I even put it up to hear twice as fast hoping it would move along. No help.

Autumn Haven's Las Vegas "to-do" list said to catch a show and play the slots—not wake up married to a sexy jerk like Sam LeClaire.
