Miles Halter is fascinated by famous last words - and tired of his safe life at home. He leaves for boarding school to seek what the dying poet Francois Rabelais called the "Great Perhaps." Much awaits Miles at Culver Creek, including Alaska Young. Clever, funny, screwed-up, and dead sexy, Alaska will pull Miles into her labyrinth and catapult him into the Great Perhaps.

Looking for Alaska brilliantly chronicles the indelible impact one life can have on another.

Where does Looking for Alaska rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

The only cons I have for this is Alaska's voice. He makes her sound like a tranny. I think it should be redone with someone younger.

If you could sum up Carnal Innocence in three words, what would they be?

I liked listening to it, though it was somewhat predictable. Definitely listening to it once was worth it.
