The simple story of Who Moved My Cheese? reveals profound truths about change that give people and organizations a quick and easy way to succeed in changing times. Who Moved My Cheese? is an enlightening story of four characters who live in a "Maze" and look for "Cheese" to nourish them and make them happy. Two are mice named Sniff and Scurry, and two are mouse-size people named Hem and Haw.

What made the experience of listening to Who Moved My Cheese? the most enjoyable?

Should have listened to this a long time ago. I've used the title in conversation without knowing what it was really about. I've been through some major "cheese moving" in my life in the last few years and hadn't realized that I haven't really embraced those changes. This simple story caused me to reflect on my negative responses and contemplate how I can detect coming change, anticipate it and respond positively.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Though he was a minor character, I learned the most from Sniff. I was sniffing coming change but chose to ignore it and work hard to keep it from coming rather than accept it and respond appropriately.

Peaks and Valleys is a story of a young man who lives unhappily in a valley until he meets an old man who lives on a peak, and it changes his work and life forever. Eventually, he comes to understand how he can use the old man's remarkable principles and practical tools in good and bad times and becomes more calm and successful himself.

    Any additional comments?

Great book that gives common sense guidance on maximizing the time on the peaks, minimizing the time in the valleys and getting the most good out of both experiences.
