I was rather dispointed by the ending of the story. It was as if the author didn't know how to finish the story. There was the build up and then nothing.
I have never been disapointed by any book I have listened to that Marc Thompson has done.
Real life is better than fiction! I know that's more than 3 words, but sometimes real life is far more interesting than anything someone can just make up.
I guess I would compare it to Blackhawk Down. You listen to this book and think that this is made up, but it's not it's all real. I enjoyed how the author incorporated the reports from the Japanese, it is a refreshing change to see the other side's perspective of how things happened.
I didn't have a favorite.
If I could have listened to the whole thing in one sitting I would have. It was a book I found myself listening to every chance I got.
I typically don't listen to non-fiction but I really enjoyed this book.
I don't know I have only listened to the audio version.
The lost fleet series, because it has a similar feel.
His portrayal the admiral. Chase gave him a voice that just fits the character perfectly.
There were parts where I laughed out loud.
I wasn't to sure about downloading this book but after reading some of the other reviews I took a chance on it, and could not stop listening to it. I have already downloaded the second book and am looking forward to listening to that one also.
Zombies meet Mad Max
How there is a whole back story to the main character that leaves you guessing as to what happened in his past
He brings the characters to life
There wasn't anyone moment, it was all good.
I would have to say in the top 10.
It wasnt Kenobi going out to save the galaxy, just him dealing with normal everyday life.
I have liked all of Davis's preformaces. I don't the Star Wars world would be the same if he didnt do it.
Yes I would, Maberry makes you think the end of the world really could start this way. It was a pretty good zombie story.
Its comparable to Patient Zero also by Maberry.
It was more of the descriptions and details than any one moment, Maberry paints a pretty gruesome picture of the attacks and gore.
It was one of the better books I listened to and one of the top ones in the fate of the jedi series.
What was there not to like about Marc's performance, he does it again.
