I admit I was a bit hesitant to download this book, since it has received a fair bit of criticism due to the direction it takes, however listening to the three books one after each other it actually seems a natural progression. I should say the books and the TV series separated somewhere in book 1 so I treated these as a completely different series and as such it doesn't disappoint. Awaiting book 4 this summer!

I really liked book one. But as this series has progressed, it has lost direction. This third part seems somewhat empty. Things come together but its all very predictable and lacking of the cleverness of the first book. Scott reads it well as we expect of him but even he can't put life into this corpse.

This has to be one of the dullest books I have picked. Boy was it hard to get through. Forget it. Several hours go by before anything of note happens!

The story is quite good and held my interest, however that was not in anyway because of the narrator. Monotonous voice, no emotion - it's arguable that the character had low emotion but this was to the point of being incredibly dull!

He should have left it as a supernatural thriller instead of trying to introduce ID rubbish. The argument that is used in the book for ID even contradicts itself (who designed the designer). As a fan of the TV series I figured I should check out where it came from. This is not the TV series. This is a trashy romance novel. Very disappointed. Gone are all the interesting sub-plots. All she cares about is, well, very one track. If you're a fan of the TV series, forget these books.

This is Pratchett at his subversive best. A welcome change to the Discworld books. In some ways you can ignore the 'Audible Kids' reference, that is simply because the protagonist is a teenager. This book can easily be enjoyed by the young and old alike. It is quite a dark story in some ways, so I would say it's maybe unsuitable for the really young, but maybe 12+ is the best ages.

This is one of Mr K's best. Even though there are some clearly unrealistic plot devices, he keeps the pace cranked right up so your suspension of disbelief rides straight over them. Would make a great movie!

Although a little slow to get started, once going this was a great listen. Lots of interesting twists. Kept thinking I should try and buy the movie rights ;) as it would make a great film...

Once again we have a delightful story about Tiffany which will delight both the young listener and the adults... Where as in the written form these books are really for 9+ the Audible version can be easily enjoyed by the younger siblings. And if you don't have kids well no matter they are just as much fun for you too... I would suggest you start with the Wee Free Men and Hat Full of Sky, so you hear Tiffany's tale in order...
