In the wake of apparent self-destruction of the Forerunner empire, two humans - Chakas and Riser - are like flotsam washed up on very strange shores indeed. Captured by the Master Builder, misplaced during a furious battle in space, they now find themselves on an inverted world where horizons rise into the sky, and where humans of all kinds are trapped in a perilous cycle of horror and neglect. For they have become both research animals and strategic pawns in a cosmic game whose madness knows no end....

What disappointed you about Halo: Primordium?

    Awful story line

What was most disappointing about Greg Bear’s story?

It was all so irrelevant, I would have rather read a history of forerunners textbook style. I don't care about this one interaction anymore. This book really ruined the entire Halo Saga. I will be very aprehensive before even reading the books again. I didn't even buy Halo 4 the game because this book was so bad, I stopped caring about the entire pantheon of the Halo Saga. Way to ruin my favorite Sci-Fi franchise. Terrible sequel to the first terrible book This trilogy blows.

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

    disappointment

    Any additional comments?

Good Bye Halo, it was fun while it lasted.

Thank goodness I don't have to worry about the book being organized by actual chapters. This is divided by 45 minute increments. That way you never know how to figure out where you are. What a ripoff. Production quality is horrible. To hell with the makers of this audio book. The makers clearly are novices. Thanks for nothing you hacks. What a bunch of utter moronic twats. You make terrible audio books. You are clearly not up to the quality of Black Water audio. Shame, this is a good book, but Random House is the dirty diseased whore of audio book makers. What utter garbage.
