From coast to coast and around the world, Janet Evanovich's Stephanie Plum novels continue to make best-selling history each summer. In the 13th book in the series, the stakes are raised even higher as Stephanie Plum finds herself in her most dangerous, hilarious, hottest, chase yet.

"Not the best Stephanie Plum book"
    Overall

I've listened to all 13 Stephanie Plum's books and would rate this in the bottom three.

Ending was wierd and not believable.

Plot between Morelli and Ranger was boring...no suspense or drama. Not necessary bad, but when you read the other books, you expect some drama and suspense.

    I expected better.

    "Classic Good Listening"
    Overall

I agree that the first 1 hour and 39 minutes was a waste of time. Wish I would have read other comments before I started listening to boring introduction.

Skip the introduction...and forward to 1 hour and 39 minutes and listen to the first chapter.

John Kelly, former Navy SEAL and Vietnam veteran, has a mission - but the Pentagon wants him for a mission of their own. As Clancy takes us through the twists and turns of Without Remorse, he blends the exceptional realism and authenticity that are his trademarks with intricate plotting, knife-edge suspense, and a remarkable cast of characters.

Billy says: "Not His Best, But Worth The Read"
    "Great Book"
    Overall

I read the book and had troubles putting it down as I was intrigued of what would happen next. One of the best books I have ever read. I make judgements if I would have the book in my library or not and I would definitely have this book in by library. It is a suspense thriller to keep you on a roller coaster ride. Well worth your money.

  • My Life

President Bill Clinton's My Life is the strikingly candid portrait of a global leader who decided early in life to devote his intellectual and political gifts, and his extraordinary capacity for hard work, to serving the public. It is the fullest, most concretely detailed, most nuanced account of a presidency ever written, and a testament to the positive impact on America and on the world of his work and his ideals.

Drayton says: "Less than I expected"
    "Questions Still Unanswered"
    Overall

I tried to understand where President Clinton comes from. But after listening to the audio, questions are still not answered. I don't care what he did, but be honest. I have no right to judge anyone; however, the book evades telling his story. Instead I got the opinion he was leaving something out. There are some highlights though. Some of the historical and knowledge of world politics were enlightening. Although I am not a Bill Clinton fan, I feel that he was judged harshly, but he brought it upon himself, because he just wasn't honest. He did do a lot for America and if he would have been honest, I think his legacy would be among the best. His assertion that he understood Al Queida's terrorist issues and placed it at the top of his military priority list...I just don't buy it. President Clinton makes it sound like he could have prevented 9/11. He had his opportunity and was weak to react. President Clinton has been blessed with the ability to communicate both orally and written. This book displays his talents. He is gifted at bringing people together. Unfortunately his character flaws leave questions instead of answers in this book. We are a nation of forgiveness...tell the truth and move onward, but do it at the beginning not after you told lies. In closing, if I had to own this book or not...I would choose not to own the book. Good reading...but would not be part of my library.
