"Very Disappointed"
I doubt it.
The story is so slow! I am up to chapter 20 and something is only just starting to happen!
Christopher Lane - he read
Boredom - if I hadn't paid for it, I would stop listening to it.
This is the 2nd Joel C Rosenberg I have listened to. The Tehran Initiative was excellent and I listened to it twice! I was excited about listening to another Rosenberg book, but this has been a grave disappointment. The story moves so slowly - I keep waiting for something to happen. I doubt I will try another Rosenberg book unless it is personally recommended by someone I know.
"Loved it."
As always, another excellent Bill Myers book. Thought provoking and stimulating. A lot to reflect on while listening to this. Love Bill Myers' work, and love Richard Ferrone's narration.
"Never heard a bad Bill Myers book!"
Every single Bill Myers book I have read or listened to has been amazingly brilliant! Richard Ferrone is a very good narrator too. Is is the kind of book I will listen to again.
"Mind opening!"
Can't do it in 3 words, but just like Frank Peretti's "This present darkness", it is an excellent reminder that the spiritual world is just as real as the physical.
Didn't have a favorite really; liked the relationship between Helen and her maker though. Encouraged me to refocus my life on what REALLY matters
Wasnt really into Tim Gregory as a narrator at first, but he grew on me half way through the book. Think he was pretty good with Kent's character though.
No. There is a lot to think about in this book. I liked taking breaks to digest the story and even more, to reflect on life in light of this story.
Brilliant book - one of the best I have ever listened to.
"Excellent! Excellent! Excellent!"
Yes! This book held my attention from start to end. The plot is exciting and the ending was totally unexpected. Am going to listen to the whole thing again in light of the ending!
Kevin.
No, but he is an amazing narrator! Very impressed with him - way better than some others I have heard since joining Audible.
