Can't put my finger on why I was not too crazy about this book, sort of hard to follow at times. Kept thinking to myself, get to the point already. Very good narration though!
What a waist of 13 hours of my time! What in the world was this book about? I must have missed something while listening.
I stuck to this book because it made me some what mad that I waisted a credit. The book made no scene at all! The only thing that haunted me about this book (and still does) is that it was about an 8 hour listen & the name Cap was spoken about 2 to 300 times, took up a good hour of it. And another 50 times for the saying ( Stove Pipe Hat)! If I ever listen to another book with cap & stove pipe hat, I will return it! WAIST OF A CREDIT!
Sissy Spacek blew this out of the water, perfect, made me fee as l if I was right there! I hope she reads some more books soon!
about to start the second book, I listened to the first book a while ago, I hope I remember where it left off
So glad this book is over & done with
No, not worth a credit!
Yes very much.
At least 1/3rd to 1/2 of the book, plus have someone else write the ending!
I should have returned this one, but too late now.
So glad to get this one out of my Library. It is one of the books I will return, do not use a credit on this one, waist of a credit by all means. # 2 of my all time ( Not Like ) Books!
A different book all together
The use off 911, which really had nothing to do with the book in large.
One narrator only
So glad I did not use a credit for this one! Every school has got one of these kids, think back & you might remember the name of the one in your school, I did. Not a good read, or listen! My review has nothing to do with 911, but the book itself.
I liked this book but it is not in my interest to listen to another of the same.
I had no Idea this was a Vampire story, if you are like me, & don't like Vamp books, delete it from your wish list, if you do, it is worth a listen I guess?
Tavia Gilbert did her best to make this book worth a credit, it was not her fault, it was the fault of the author, boring from start to finish.
