How can she dare to imagine he loves her... when all London calls her The Ugly Duchess? Theodora Saxby is the last woman anyone expects the gorgeous James Ryburn, heir to the Duchy of Ashbrook, to marry. But after a romantic proposal before the prince himself, even practical Theo finds herself convinced of her soon-to-be duke's passion. Still, the tabloids give the marriage six months. Theo would have given it a lifetime... until she discovers that James desired not her heart, and certainly not her countenance, but her dowry.

Would you consider the audio edition of The Ugly Duchess to be better than the print version?

The audiobook was way better then the book . Susan Duerden gave the characters New life and I could visualize each and every scene . If it wasn't for her Awsome narration I would this was just an other book to pass time

Camilla can set her watch by her hunky rocket-scientist neighbor who jogs past her window each day. She relishes each glimpse of his shirtless abs, and is dying to see more. But it's hard to connect with a man who doesn't seem to know she exists.... Ivan feels at home in the lab, not in social situations. When he finally approaches his attractive neighbor, it's not for a date - he wants tutoring in how to behave at an important fundraiser. Ivan doesn't expect the chemistry between them to be quite so explosive....

Tess Gentry fled her home 10 years ago to find a normal life, in a place where male wolf shifters didn't exist. As the daughter of one, the odds of having compatible DNA to carry cubs were high, and becoming a broodmare to increase the furry population was, for her, an intolerable position. Now she's come back home to take care of her mother and, as fate laughs, she finds herself face to face with her destiny. From the first tantalizing touch of hunky Sheriff Caleb Bennett, her defenses crumble and her own wolf howls in ecstasy.

Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?

The story was okay and the bad quality of the audio brought down the whole experience for me

How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable?

I would try to edit the audio quality becauseit sounded like it was tape with a cheap recorder

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Lee Ann Howlett?

Yes she didn't any charisma or emotion
