"Depressing!"
No. I read for entertainment and this book was just flat out sad.
Maybe.
Just okay.
Definitely not!
I haven't read William Landay before. This was a lot like Jodi Piccoult- very real, but very depressing.
"Loved It!"
I'm already a Nora Roberts' fan, but I really loved this book - romance mixed with some suspense and a little paranormal activity.
Absolutely nothing! I don't think the narrator has done very many romance novels, but I thought his voice was really sultry.
"Love this New Author"
It combined all my favorite genres - crime, suspense, a little romance...
It was hard to stop listening to this one. Lots of twists and turns.
I don't believe I've listened to any of this narrator's performances. On a scale of 1 to 5, I would rate him a 3.5.
Definitely
Looking forward to more books by Adam Mitzner.
"Really Good"
I don't even have the words to describe this. It was just really good and so refreshing to read about good in this crazy world.
"Awesome Book!"
I loved, loved this book. It now ranks up there right along with The Help and The Secret Life of Bees as one of my favorites. Jenna Lamia narrated all these so she too is one of my favorites.
"Not so great"
Pretty lame and predictable. I'm a fan of NR, but this one, not so much.
"Amazing"
This book was incredible, I had to force myself to stop listening. I think it ranks right up there with one of my all-time favorites- The Secret Life of Bees, which was also narrated by Jenna Lamia. I loved the narrators.
"Loved It!"
I think this is only the second Linda Howard novel I listened to, but I am now hooked- this was awesome!
"Very, very good!"
This is the first time I've listened or read anything by this author. I thought this book was very good. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the narrator wasn't that great trying to do men's voices. Otherwise I would highly recommend it.
"Loved it!"
Another excellent Lincoln Rhyme novel! Jeffrey Deaver tends to ramble and repeat things, but if you can overlook that, this one is superb.
