    The Dawn Treader is the first ship Narnia has seen in centuries. The journey takes Edmund, Lucy, their cousin Eustace, and Caspian to the Eastern Islands, beyond the Silver Sea, toward Aslan's country at the End of the World.

    This was my second audiobook from audible.com, and I'm sorry to say I was quite disappointed. This is one of our favorite books, so we were eagerly anticipating this one for our driving trip. The narrator does a marvelous job, but the audio quality is such that we could not easily listen in the car. There was a great deal of background noise -- not really hissing or popping, but that kind of echoey white noise you sometimes get. The children were unable to understand and we kept having to pause and repeat what had been said. Very frustrating.
