"Well worth readin more than once."
The way he outlined it, then when deeper into each one.
Socrates is my favorite as I read about him in the"The Peaceful Warrior", and I love sorcerers.
Dan Millman moved me when he relates to what he's been thru.
I have read almost all the Carlos Castenada series and Peaceful Warrior by Dan Millman. He has a way of showin' thru his own life experiences, the knowledge he's learned.
"Riveting!"
Because the reader put their tones, emotions, etc. into their voices.
The second time Brog made her dead and she stood up and over him and taunted him and made him lose it and when his father told him that she had won and was more of a man than he was.
No, this is my first time listenin' to her.
When the second earthquake came after she had been made dead, and the old shaman died in the cave, next to her mother.
I have read the whole series before in paper back, but I really love stories like that. Where ya see someone survivin' back in early age of mankind.
"A new side to Abraham Lincon"
What happens next??
I think his name was Henry, the good vampire that was gettin' Abe to kill the bad ones.
It was okay, but it took him awhile to get caught up in the emotions of it.
Abe's revenge
Enjoyed it. It's definitely a new twist, with Booth bein' a vampire too.
"Hunters of Dune"
As it tied into the series, yes. It helps to understand what happened in some of the other books
It held my interest thru out.
Read the whole series, from the first one, to really understand and enjoy Dune.
"Sandworms"
Wantin' to know what was gonna happen next.
The way it tied into the series.
Only the Dune series.
I don't know.
Read the whole series in sequence, all 17 books.
"Part of the Dune series"
Probably, I would do the whole series again. It was very interestin' how it did relate to what's goin' on here on earth now, subtly.
The intrigue and plots.
All the scenes were my favorite.
Most definitely, if I didn't have to keep rechargin' my mp3 player.
Read the whole series from the first one. There's 17 books in it and my husband and I did them all. I mentioned it on facebook and found out that lots of others had also read the series.
"The Dune series"
Yes, but I would tell them to read the series in sequence.
Hearin' what goes on in the different houses and how they relate to each other and the other houses.
I kept listenin' til the battery needed rechargin' again several times.
Find the series and start with the first, then do them all in sequence. I under stood it lots better than I did the movie.
"It was an interesting book with a surprise ending."
The way that it could relate to our government too.
To others of Anne McCaffrey, as they are always off world with heroine and hard superiors.
The way the people stuck together during hardship and been put there, not of their own accord. Also the scene in the pool.
I liked the book, how she is sent to spy and winds up helping the people. The magical animals and how she becomes pregnant but wasn't aware of it. It's not too long and was easy to read.
