What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?The content is OK, but realize that this is the 2009 edition of this book. the recently released 2012 edition is available at (pick your retailer). The narration is--i can only describe it a a digital reader on some kind of sleep medication. My Iphone App Siri has better intonation and cadence in her reading than this narrator.. Every word is uttered in a non emotional tone and enunciated so that it doesn't feel like it's being read, but like it's beign edited out loud...slooooowwwwwllllyyyyyy. I've only made it through the preface/into and am seriously thinking about returning this title. That would be my first return in over 40 titles ranging from currency trading to the history of Columbus. I feel bad for the author, who according to the intel I can gather, is a well respected real estate expert.
What was most disappointing about Gary W. Eldred’s story?It's old news. 3 years in this real estate cycle is an eon.
Would you be willing to try another one of Katherine Gibson’s performances?Absolutely not.
You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?the basic info is true. Buy low sell high. How can that not be true.
Any additional comments?my first dissapointing book from audible. in retrospect, i should probably feel lucky that this is my first after about 3 years.
