Something like 108 billion people have lived on our planet during its history, and despite all of the experiences in all of the lifetimes of all of those people, we have still not found a way to exist together in peace and harmony, much less create individual lives with a powerfully glorious, intrinsic meaning and a wonderfully joyful purpose. Life has such a meaning and purpose, but across thousands of years only a very small number of human beings seem to have really understood it. Until now. Now, everyone seems to be "getting it" all at once - and agreeing with one another, at last, that it truly is...The Only Thing That Matters.

What disappointed you about The Only Thing That Matters?

This is just a slow paced waste of ear noise get to the point same old stuff everyone knows ''Love and gratitude.'' See three words done! I listened up to the first hour then fast forwarded the other chapters. Glad I didin't listen to the whole thing waiting for some huge revelation! Yes the message is important and it is the way to a happy and fullfilled life. But this gibberish non-ending I'm about to tell you something important but not right now, sounds like a terrible over exhasting infomercial.

What was most disappointing about Neale Donald Walsch’s story?

    The needless length.

How did the narrator detract from the book?

It sounded more like he needed to fullfill a signed legal contract for another book he didn't want to write.

If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from The Only Thing That Matters?

    Most of it.

    Any additional comments?

First time I regretted a purchase with Audible.

Craig Beck is a well-regarded family man with two children, a nice home and a successful media career. A director of several companies & at one time the trustee of a large children’s charity. Outwardly, Craig was a highly successful & functioning professional man in spite of a ‘2 bottles of wine a night’ drinking habit. For 20 years he struggled to control his drinking, all the time refusing to label himself an alcoholic because he didn't believe he met the stereotypical image that the word portrayed.

He just cut's through the BS. He really knows the lies people make up to feed their needs.

What did you like best about this story?

    His no nonsense delivery.

Which character – as performed by Craig Beck – was your favorite?

    Just being himself.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

    Yes very much so!

    Any additional comments?

I wish everyone could read this book! If it doesn't stop you from drinking and other drugs. Their is no excuse left. It's your problem and you know it's your fault! Face the music!

In this bold, bracing, and tremendously practical new work of spiritual psychology, author and medium Paul Selig takes the channeled teachings begun in his acclaimed I Am the Word into dramatic new territory. In this fresh revelation, the invisible teachers who speak through Selig actually instruct readers on how to develop their own powers of intuition, clairvoyance, and inner knowing.

What would have made The Book of Love and Creation better?

This book is awful. It's the same old rehashed stuff of we're all God. I wanted some new ideas in spirituality but this is disgusting. He feels like such a fraud. It's more like he's searching to scam people into a cult or something.

What was most disappointing about Paul Selig’s story?

Very long winded to say nothing much.

How could the performance have been better?

This whole somebody's putting words in my mouth is bullshit. If some other life force has taken the time to visit him it wasn't the brightest entity of the universe. This guy just wants to get rich spewing the same old same old so he's making believe it's a supreme ghost delivering the message to him.

If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from The Book of Love and Creation?

    The whole book.

When you select which books you offer on audible do you read the book first? Your 5 star system must be rigged!
