Think and Grow Rich is the number-one inspirational and motivational classic for individuals who are interested in furthering their lives and reaching their goals by learning from important figures in history. The text read in this audiobook is the original 1937 edition written by Napoleon Hill and inspired by Andrew Carnegie - and while it has often been reproduced, no updated version has ever been able to compete with the original.

I first read the print version o fthis over a decade ago and it totally changed my life. Since then I have worked in over 30 countries, publised my own books and lots more I thought I would never accomplish.

Part one of this download is for me the best. Great case studies on achievement and how to face down the monsters that haunt us all. If you aren't familiar with this work then today is a great day for you to start.

John Lithgow has compiled an outstanding collection of memorable poems and has gathered his famous friends to read them. The wide variety of carefully selected poetry in this audiobook provides the perfect introduction to reel in those who are new to poetry, and for poetry lovers to experience beloved verses in a fresh, vivid way. Lithgow offers insightful and sometimes poignant commentary to accompany each poem. His essential criterion is that "each poem's light shines more brightly when read aloud".

Would you consider the audio edition of The Poets' Corner to be better than the print version?

I have long been a fan of good poetry but knew little or nothing of the art behind the words. This was a fantastic introduction for me to the world of poetry, the history and great names in the area - as well as providing me with a lot of very good poems to think over and work through my mind. Liked it a lot.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

No, it is something I have returned to several times and still working my way through parts of it.

I would recommend this to anybody with even a glancing knowledge or interest in this subject. The Khans, and Genghis as the founder of the dynasty, have had a more far reaching impact on the modern world than I ever could have known. Exceptionally engaging, truly informative, and an all round great book. I have listed to it a few times already.

I really liked this book and the other book that accompanied it on 50 e-Businesses.

The narrator isn't british - He's Australian! And after a lifetime of listening to American accents I found it very refreshing. The case studies were also close to home instead of the usual Wall Street plunderers whose stories have been toldl again and again.

Reading the chapter notations and acknowledgements was a little tiring though... fortunately they learned by the second book. (The 50 Internet businesses one..)

Good inspiring stuff, about names I know and not just retold stories of the great Silicon valley businesses.

I thought this book was fantastic and very inspiring. It is not everyday you get to take lessons from one of the people who is shaping the modern business world.

Great tips on what works, what doesn't, moving forward and all sorts of ins and outs from someone who has been there. I watched this company since before the turn of the century and I remain very inspired by this entire story.

If you want to start your own business, and you feel as though they are all lined up against you, then this book is for you.

What do Starbucks and JetBlue and KrispyKreme and Apple and DutchBoy and Kensington and Zespri and Hard Candy have that you don't? How do they continue to confound critics and achieve spectacular growth, leaving behind former tried-and true brands to gasp their last? Face it, the checklist of tired P's marketers have used for decades to get their product noticed - Pricing, Promotion, Publicity, to name a few - aren't working anymore.

I am a big fan of Seth Godin. I am on Tribes on Ning, I have interviewed him in my blog, and I read most things he posts or publishes.

And for me, this is probably his best work to date. The entire concept of the purple cow is simple - be remarkable. But as always he supports this with many layers of examples, tactics and case studies.

I am a consultant and for me this book has helped a heck of a lot.

Purple Cow taught marketers the value of standing out from the herd, which is how companies like Krispy Kreme and JetBlue made it big. But it left readers hungry for more: How do you actually think up new Purple Cows? And how do you get them adopted by risk-averse Brown Cow companies? Free Prize Inside delivers those answers and much more.

Seth Godin is undoubtedly the pied piper of marketing for our generation. Except that it's not just about marketing anymore is it? It's about how to build a successful venture in the 21st century. THis particular book was great for helping me to come up with a few ideas about what the added extra is that I offer with my own consulting services. Fantastic work yet again.

In his first book since the break up with his busines spartner Robert shows that he was the brains behind the business and the deals... but didn't do the editing of his string of books!!

These tomes lack the directness, cohesiveness and fun value of his past works. While they really do contain a wealth of information they are exceptionally heavy going to wade through all of them.

Possibly a far better reference in print, for page turning etcetera, and possibly even best as a text book in training courses.
