The new Abby Abernathy is a good girl. She doesn’t drink or swear, and she has the appropriate number of cardigans in her wardrobe. Abby believes she has enough distance from the darkness of her past, but when she arrives at college with her best friend, her path to a new beginning is quickly challenged by Eastern University's Walking One-Night Stand. Travis Maddox, lean, cut, and covered in tattoos, is exactly what Abby needs—and wants—to avoid.

What made the experience of listening to Beautiful Disaster the most enjoyable?

The reader was outstanding. I've read this book several times and though I love the book itself the heroine was never one of my favorites. Emma Galvin did the impossible by turning my thought process around to the point that I actually loved Abby.

Which character – as performed by Emma Galvin – was your favorite?

She did an outstanding job on all of the characters but she absolutely had Abby's character nailed down.

    Any additional comments?

This is one of my all time favorite books. I've read it at least a dozen times and was excited to see it available in audio. I was even more psyched after I heard Emma Galvin read it. She was outstanding!
