Robert Petkoff did an awesome job of narrating this latest installment of Kresley Coles Immortals After Dark series.
A few twists and turns that keep me on the edge of my seat!
Looking forward towards the next one...soon please!
Oh, heck yes! As to why? Loved that it wasn't just a mystery, but had that added paranormal theme thrown in.
Absolutely love how Whyborne's narration keep true to character.
But would warn that when you first listen.
You may hear like a hollow effect in the back ground of the narration. This clears up or you've learned to ignore it as the storyline becomes more interesting. Also, there was a part or two where Griffin is whispering and I had a problem hearing what he said, but again that clears up also.
Basically tech problems that are easy fixes.
I love the narrator who read Widdershins! Except for one or two tech problems, he did a wonderful job and hopefully will narrate the next one.
Really felt like I was in that time period.
The hits of humor. Found myself chuckling at the one liners.
When Stanley first met his homophobe partner, Tom.
I had trouble listening to the narrator at first, but once I settled down and really gave him a try. Really enjoyed how he brought the characters to life.
Yes, kind of gives one a different perspective. Characters come to life.
Love his voice characterizations. Would miss that with "just reading".
Don't know, the storyline just didn't grab my attention. Became very predictable and the characters were kind of bland.
She's not a bad narrator, but even she couldn't bring the story to life for me.
Couldn't get into the story, started skipping in hope of picking up something that would catch my interest.
Stanley, of course. Love his sense of humor.
No, this is a first. A far improvement over Deadly Nightshade narrator. Any chance of a do over???
Good storyline and was surprised on who the culprit actually was.
Narrator did an excellent job of telling the story. Brought the story to life! Wouldn't mind listening to it again.
Jake knocking Adrien down during a confrontation.
There was too many to list, but the ones showing Adrien's humor were my favs.
I want more of this series!
The Narration was awful. Every sentence was followed by a pause. Nothing flowed. Very drone like.
Maybe something called emotion thrown in.
I don't know, it bored me to tears!
I'm skipping purchasing any more audio books by Paul Morey.
The narrator did an excellent job of telling the story.
I would say it was the discovery of the body, and it was how the town of Smithville reacting with all their gossip on who dun it.
Holden, of course, since it's his POV I was listening too.
Read the story and enjoyed it. Can't say much about the audio. Was hoping for a better interpretation.
When Jake took a chance to find out if Branden was gay.
Boring, drone, monotone
Branden, Jake sounds too grumpy for me.
Dreamspinner really needs to find better narrators!
