I would recommend this book to anyone who likes to read about real people. It is a story about a man, and what it is like to be a sniper, before and after service, not about killings or espionage.
This should be required reading for all high school students. We all need to wake up and realize the world is not so big that we can hide under our flag forever. Terrorism is a growing menace.
This wandered form the service the dogs provide to polotics. The polotics are important but could have beben added briefly at the end.
The dogs were cared for as individuals whether they were appropriate for this type of trianing or not.
This is more educational than entertaining, It presents a whole new area of service dogs are able to provide. A breakthrough for people with emotional and other health problems. Although some of this type of service exists, it's not known or used nearly as much as it could be.
i expected a documentary type of book coverying jk's life, family, personal. tis book covered a short part of his life and not very well at that.
I would reccomend it to someone who is interested in bio threats, over population, and other scientific problems facing our world today. I would also recommend it for art/ travel buffs re; italy.
A race to save our species.
This was a fun book but how many times does someone get beat up and then jump up running, out running their chasers? And, I never did know how this man was picked or arrived in italy in the first place. I like a little more reality.it would make a good movie for the action and for the peeks into Italy/ the art.
The reader came accross as being auathenic.
I liked it. i prefer good endings to stories.
the brother coming to the apartment
It could be a movie but not enough story for a big star.
Dave Barry deffinitly adds to the story, but I didn't read the book.
I liked that the parents didn't freak out with everything. And, that it ended on a good note. My favorite part was the boys giggling while waiting behind the stage, so typical.
Dave Barry infused the emotion of a boy about this boy's age.
This would be a great lite read for book clubs in December, also a good one for the family to listen to on a trip.
Not of this type of book
Not have the ladies be so promiscuous. tidy up loose ends.
I don't know.
The story was too scattered, leaving leads unfinished. It just wasn't interesting.
knowing it is a true story
the spirit and intefrity of the men on the ship
I haven't listened to and of Taylor's before but I will look for them now.
I particulary liked the part about the navigator being able to define their whereabouts in respect to longitude and latitude coordinates, using just the sun and a watch.
i liked them
the first story about the kings ring
something to save, to listen to one of the stoires, between reading other regular length books
