The whining about the change in narrator's amazes me. When I read a book my imagination fills in the the world the the author is writing about. It would be impossible not to mention incredibly boring for the author to spend 10,000 extra words in every chapter filling in every last detail of setting the clothing the weather and and a thousand other details. The narrator has an important job in a audio book, but the responsibility to bring that world to life falls to the listener. If all you get out of a book are just the words then i feel sorry for you.
If you are older than 13 years old you might have noticed that life is change. To give a one star rating because someone else is reading the work is juvenile.
Mr Marsters did a great job on the first 12 books. Mr. Glover did a great job on book 13. The most important point is Mr Butcher did a great job on all 13 books and that is what you should be reviewing..
If you don't have the maturity to accept a different narrator or the imagination to create to the world by listening to the authors words maybe you should stick to T.V. Gilligan's Island reruns might be just ticket for you.
