Last year Scottie, Tay, Amanda, and Bella were brought together by knitting needles in a friendship that defies all the odds in It's a Purl Thing. Now, the artist's daughter, trust-fund baby, tomboy, and new-age chick are as close-knit as friends can be. But this year their friendship faces a new challenge - boys.

What would have made Chicks with Sticks better?

I couldnt even get past the first chapter the story line and voice was so whiny and childish

What was most disappointing about Elizabeth Lenhard’s story?

The constant use of LYS and dropping of knitting terms and Chicago landmarks made me feel like I was in High School

Would you be willing to try another one of Liz Morton’s performances?

    No

What character would you cut from Chicks with Sticks?

    All of them

    Any additional comments?

As an avid knitter I was looking forward to a good listen as I worked, theis was a real disappointment.

Where does Secret Daughter rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

An enjoyable story I enjoyed listening to all of the different characters perspective on the same story. The reader was wonderful to listen to.

Have you listened to any of Soneela Nankani’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

    No

Who was the most memorable character of Secret Daughter and why?

The daughter because she was able to see both sides of the cultural clash between the characters
