I was surprised to find one of my most favorite tales finally in audio format. The story teller was enjoyable. I wished that they had used the artwork from Michael Whelen. I believe if they had it would increase the sales of this wonderful classic. Make sure that you get this audio book!

A well done production spot on. Homosextual main charactor done with such care that you could even let a young adult listen to it.

Almost always better to listen to a book then to read it. You can do other things while listening but not while reading.

The story really comes alive when done as a full cast producion.

The narrators and actors does a great job putting the correct feeling into their voices.

Hugh is so realistic and likeable.

Nice job providing a difference in the two main characters voices.

You can really hear the readers flustration which makes the audiobook more believeable. Adult listen in my opinion.

Tim Curry is always a versatile narrator. He is excellent is this audio book. Often at times adding flavor to the story with his excellent timber and cadence. The story in my honest opinion has never been told better.
