You may enjoy this book if you already know the history of watergate and the key players involved. But if you don't have that background, the book just jumps right in without any introduction. On audio, it is almost impossible to follow and keep straight. I listened to about 1/3 of it, and gave up.
I'd recommend that if you do pick it up, go to wikipedia and memorize the key players first. That way at least you'll know about the characters as the book progresses.
The author weaves in the storyline of the fire with the broader political history. It adds a page-turner element to it. Very good.
