"The Quiet Genius"
This was my first book about Dirac. Graham Farmelo has written a wonderful story about someone whom little is written. I did not care for the narration by B. J. Harrison. I bought the hardback and found it hard to put down. The narrator seemed to have trouble with the text and was too slow and boring.
I could not finish the audible version.
"Philosophy primer"
I really like Will Durant's writting style. The book was interesting from start to finish. For me this was a great first book about the greater philosophers and provided ideas for further reading. I think Grover Gardner's narration was first rate and added to the listening pleasure.
"GREAT ONE BOOK HISTORY OF SCIENCE"
I have the audiobook and hardcover. The book is short and sweet. Easy to listen to and easy to read. Bryson covers a lot of time and history. In a book of this size there is a limit to details. I think it is a fun read and my 13 year old also enjoyed it.
