Ethan Wate used to think of Gatlin, the small Southern town he had always called home, as a place where nothing ever changed. Then he met mysterious newcomer Lena Duchannes, who revealed a secret world that had been hidden in plain sight all along. A Gatlin that harbored ancient secrets beneath its moss-covered oaks and cracked sidewalks.

This is the story of Michael Talbot, his family, and his friends: a band of ordinary people trying to get by in extraordinary times. When disaster strikes, Mike, a self-proclaimed survivalist, does his best to ensure the safety and security of those he cares for. Book one of the Zombie Fallout Trilogy follows our lead character at his self-deprecating, sarcastic best. What he encounters along the way leads him down a long dark road, always skirting the edge of insanity.

What made the experience of listening to Zombie Fallout the most enjoyable?

You get the suspense and thrill typical of zombie books, but with laugh out loud humor.

What about Sean Runnette’s performance did you like?

At first I wasn't sure I liked it, but I quickly grew to enjoy the voice that he gave to the characters.

I love these books and highly recommend all of them.

Two masters of epic fantasy have combined in this brilliant collaboration to create a rousing tale. This is the story of Shana, a half-breed born of the forbidden union of an Elvenlord father with a human mother. Her exiled mother dead, Shana was rescued and raised by dragons, a proud, ancient race who existed unbeknownst to elven or human kind. From birth, Shana was the embodiment of the Prophecy that the all-powerful Elvenlords feared. Her destiny is the enthralling adventure of a lifetime.

Would you listen to The Elvenbane again? Why?

I read this book years ago and was happy to find it on audible. the Narrator makes the charaters come alive and the story was as good the second time as the it was the first.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

    yes

Dubbed the American Tolkien by Time magazine, George R. R. Martin has earned international acclaim for his monumental cycle of epic fantasy. Now the number-one New York Times best-selling author delivers the fifth book in his spellbinding landmark series - as both familiar faces and surprising new forces vie for a foothold in a fragmented empire.

What made the experience of listening to A Dance with Dragons the most enjoyable?

I love this book; I have made it thought the whole series very fast. I would like to warn you that A Feast for Crows and A Dance with Dragons run concurrently with each other. Which drives me crazy, I would rather have a really long book with the events in order as they happened. I had to stop listening to this book so i could go search the net to make sure i wasn't losing my mind. I just wish i had, had some warning so i wouldn't have been so confused. But once I got over that little bump i really enjoyed the story and was very happy to meet up with some charaters that were missing from the last book.

    Any additional comments?

I can't hardly wait for the next novel!!

Few books have captivated the imagination and won the devotion and praise of readers and critics everywhere as has George R. R. Martin’s monumental epic cycle of high fantasy that began with A Game of Thrones. Now, in A Feast for Crows, Martin delivers the long-awaited fourth book of his landmark series, as a kingdom torn asunder finds itself at last on the brink of peace . . . only to be launched on an even more terrifying course of destruction.
