    I didn't finish the book.


    How has the book increased your interest in the subject matter?

    I will make sure I won't buy another book with this reader.


    Does the author present information in a way that is interesting and insightful, and if so, how does he achieve this?

    Yes. I have read this book in the past, so obviously I was interested enough to listen to the audio version.


    What did you find wrong about the narrator's performance?

    The narrator Inhales loudly. constantly!
    I did not go beyond the first 5 minutes of the book because the reader just totally inhales very loud. I skipped ahead to chapter 7 to see if she changed her performance and she was still making the noise.


    Do you have any additional comments?

    I am sorry I spent money on the book. I wont listen to it later either because of the narrators poor performance. I think I should get a refund!

    The energy the reader put into the story.


    What was one of the most memorable moments of The Whipping Boy?

    All of it was so good, it is hard to narrow down a specific moment.


    Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

    No. I have 14 kids (ages 1-13 years old) living with me and we had to stop and back up and move the story forward as different kids were ready to listen to the story.


    Any additional comments?

    I had read the book a few years ago so I was eager to purchase the audiobook for my struggling readers.
