In an underground club, a high-ranking public official spends his secret nights indulging in fantasies as exciting as they are depraved. For a seductive employee of the Dungeon, it's her job to fulfill them. But she's playing a far more dangerous game - one of blackmail, politics, and murder that reaches into the shadow world of the Ghostwalkers, and the creation of a spectacular, one-of-a-kind new weapon of defense. But when a dictator makes his own catastrophic moves, the Ghostwalkers have no choice but to bring in two major players - a man and woman both driven by passion and revenge.

Would you listen to Samurai Game again? Why?

You get so involved in the love affair!!! You can feel and see the whole story as if you were there. I loved it.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Samurai Game?

How they made love for the first time. Very romantic and innocent.

What about Tom Stechschulte’s performance did you like?

The reader was excellent, He knew how to change his voice with the characters and made you feel what was going on in the story.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The whole thing was very good. I hated to stop listening when I had to get off the plane. I took it as something to do on the plane when I travelled to Alaska and I did not want anyone to talk to me while I listened.

Would you consider the audio edition of Brisingr to be better than the print version?

I loved it. I could distinguish the different characters better than trying to pronounce the names in the book. I have shared my copies with many people and they too enjoyed them as much as I did. I even wrote to Mr. Paolini and asked him to write more like this. I could not stop listening.

What did you like best about this story?

The dragons!! they should make these in to a movie. The one that was made was made poorly. they need to redo it. If done right it would be a hit like Harry Potter.

What does Gerard Doyle bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

The character changes. It was wonderful. Mr. Doyle you did a great job. thank you for sharing your voice.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Oh, yes. I like audios you feel as if you are watching it from the side lines.

    Any additional comments?

Mr. Paolini write some more books like this and I will follow you everywhere you go. Thank you for such a great series of books.

If you could sum up A Winter Dream in three words, what would they be?

    Pulitzer Price Winner!

Who was your favorite character and why?

Joseph, he was a true Christian in every since of the word.

Which character – as performed by Fred Berman – was your favorite?

Joseph, my heart went out to him through his trials and tribulations. I loved it when his siblings had to eat their words.

If you could take any character from A Winter Dream out to dinner, who would it be and why?

Joseph, I would want to hear him speak. Maybe even see if he had a dream of me and my future. He was such a good person.

    Any additional comments?

Richard Paul Evans writes the best books! I own everyone of his books, even the children's books and I don't have any children. They are that good. Thank you for writing such heart felt books. Some day I would like to meet him.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Lord of the Fading Lands?
