Her life seems to start rebuilding itself, though, when she moves to a deserted island to restore the house her mysterious great-uncle built in the 1920s.     The quality of the narration can make or break a story for me. The narrator of this book, Frank Mueller, is by far the very worst one I have ever heard. I would not even consider buying book where he is the narrator. He has a very soft sing-song voice and he ends every sentence with a breathy overly dramatic voice as if every sentence needs extra emphasis. It's so annoying and very distracting and that's just the general narration. His character voices are comical. I will not be able to complete this audio book. What a waste of money. I like Laurie R. King as an author so my best advice is to go with a traditional book on this one.
