I was glad that Ms Radish did not make this all cute, and soft. It was frustrating, sad, and happy just like life. I love her books and each for a different reason. This is not like all the others, her characters are stuggling to find their way through life and questioning their furtures.
This was my first Barbara McCulloh listen
I listened to this while driving from Montana to Wyoming. I wanted to yell at both the wife and the husband for not being better communicators. They reminded me of many people I have met or known over the years.
Absolutely, all my women friends and family members. This story covers many facets of women and is filled with sadness, humor and it is just a fabulous read.
Maybe, I seldom re-read or re-listen to books, but I could see myself enjoying this one a second time.
I have enjoyed Kris Radish's books. This is not a typical genre for me. I generally read mysteries and spy novels. Ms Radish makes these irresistible.
I love Sister O'Marie's books they are light easy quick reads and two humorous nuns always in trouble. Delightful and a fun read.
