Yes the books are hot with a good plot. They have just enough sex, not overwhelming, or so long that after a while you skip through them because it's always the same sex scene over and over. The Narrator is yummy, the books about werewolf's with Scottish brogue are mind blowing.
All are great, I can't single one out.
His voice and emotion are unbeatable!!!!
Wanted to but had to work so it took 3 days. I want the rest of the series, I hate waiting for books when they are so good.
So far all the book in this series are great, the narrator is hot and I want more. I've listened to many books in this genre and a lot of the time the author gets to caught up in the sex scenes and not enough in the story. These books have the right amount of both with a good plot. I would love to hear more of the Scottish brogue in future books. All in all love them!!!
I love this series but I'm not going to listen out of order. Audible is jumping all over the place, I don't know about the rest of you but I like to listen in order. Great series if you can wait for the all the books, but # 13 coming out with all the rest missing isn't smart on audibles part. I'll wait for the rest to come in I hope they do it soon, here's the list in order in case you want to get the paper back.
The Warlord Wants Forever

No Rest for the Wicked

Loved these books but why change narrators? This one is just reading nothing I would have spent a credit on. I hate it when books go from a great reader to bad, I recommend all the others in this series for a light fun listen not this one.
Tthe narrator is not right for these books should have used Robert Petkoff. The male voice doesn't fit the character, his voice should be much more sexy.
Same kind of story line for most fantasy romance. I like the fact that it had good sex scenes that didn't go on forever and the story has a good plot.
I've listened to him before but for these books he's not the right choice.
The way this book ends it feels like it was two books cut in half. I think sometimes they do that to make more off the sales, instead of one long book like Diana Gabaldon's the book is separated and it doesn't make sense in the ending. This series would do better if they sold the books in bundles, then people might ignore the bad narration and spend a credit for the story. All in All I like the story line so far. This is the first Christina Dodd books I've listened to and I'd like to finish the series but I'm having a hard spending the credit.
I loved the whole series but the ending to this book is horrible, because of this I'm not sure I would.
All the characters are good.
I love her and have a lot of books done by her.
Not with this ending
Richelle Mead needs to do one more book to this series and end it much better. As you can see by all the comments people don't like bad endings. It would behoove authors to look at what their readers have written for the sake of future sales.
Yes they are wonderful books. I'm having a hard time finding another book to listen to that is as entertaining .
All the characters are important in these books.
She is one of the best I've listened to and I've been a member for years and gone through a lot of books. When I find a reader I like I look for books they have done, I choose what I read for the narrator as much as the author. I will be looking for her along with my other favorite narrators she made these books irresistible.
There were times I got frustrated. I always have a hard time with the not telling feelings between people in books so many mistakes are made due to lack of communication. I have to remind myself that the book is about young people and that's par for the course with the young. All in all these books gave me everything I love in a book, and I will recommend them to all my friends.
I want to thank Colleen Houck for her writing and Annika Boras for giving me such a wonderful time listening to all the books. Please keep going I will be waiting for both of you to do more in Audible.
I have the first 6 books in this series read by C J Critt and they are the best. I wanted to finish all the books because I really enjoyed them but Lorelei King, though I loved her narration in other books, isn't half as good as Critt is for this series. This is a funny series and Critt makes it even funnier, Lorelei King is to monotone for these books. I'll wait to see if Audible puts out the rest of the books with C J Critt to finish them. I wish the rest of the readers could hear the first 6 books by Critt so they could compare but Audible only put one of the Stephanie Plum series out with Critt, to bad they took a great series and toned it way down by not using Critt!
What a wonderful writer!!! I've listened to all 3 of these books and loved them. They're funny, exciting, and just enough romance (sex) to be sparky not smutty. I wish I could find more books like Molly Harper's, I love adult fiction but I'm getting tired of page after page of sex and all so full of drama. I needed A good laugh and the quick wit of these books gave me more laughter than I've gotten from books in a long time. The reader was fantastic, I can't recommend them enough. Thank you Molly Harper and Amanda Ronconi
I just started this book and so far it's just as good as the first. Thank you Jonathan Stroud and Simon Jones, you both have given me laughter through out my day. The first book The Amulet of Samarkand is one of the best I've listened to, it's a feel good, have fun, giggle book. The narrator Simon Jones is one of the most entertaining I've herd and I've got a good variety to compare to. I've listened to about 50 books on Audible, some of my favorite authors are Diana Gabaldon, Orson Scott Card, Bryce Courtenay, Stephenie Meyer, to many to list. This trilogy I have to say has been the most fun.
