    I really enjoyed the first 2/3 of the book. THen the bottom fell out and the last third was so depressing I wondered what was the author thinking? Surely she would know that few of us would pick up another of her books with such a horrible ending. IF I want to read horrible endings, I read the newspaper!

    This is by far one of the best books ever. I laughed, I cried, I was full of remorse and gratitude for bringing this story forward. Never dragged, kept you captivated to the very end.

    I stupidly didn't read the reviews before I purchased this audiobook. There were parts that were interesting but it was, bottom line, a horrible book. Learned something about dogs, if you can believe what was in this book, but it was undone. It dragged and then the author decided he had to get it finished so he end it. Just didn't do anything for me except want to write a review to tell others not to bother. Very disappointing and unsettling.
