    I don't need to kick the dead horse much more, but I just wanted to put my two cents in... anyway, the thought I had along the frustrating road of listening to this butcher job was: what green fresh out-of-school flunky did the editor assign to making the choices of what to keep in or out of this book? and why can't they just charge more and give us the whole book?

    I gladley paid 30, 40 and close to $50 for books from iTunes - if they're worth it, they're worth it.

    Well worth the hefty price, well read and done. I have no qualms whatsoever spending good money on this version, as it was obviously the product of hard work and professional production.
