I have listened to her other book again, they are well worth re-listening to. I enjoy the story.

Did the plot keep you on the edge of your seat? How?

You know how with some books you can see it coming? I am never quite sure what Abby Cooper will do next or how the plot will develop.

What does Elizabeth Michaels bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

She brings a sense of who Abby is and what she thinks and feels.

    Made me laugh.

I loved this! The plot has unexpected twists, the characters have depth and are believable. They grow and change as they learn about themselves and each other. I have not liked vampire stories before, but this is a lot of fun. I enjoyed the narrator, she is able to give each character their own voice with unique qualities that reflect their personalities.

Would you listen to Deep Sleep Every Night again? Why?

Yes, I have. It is soothing and I got a really good nights sleep, and this is rare for me.

What other book might you compare Deep Sleep Every Night to and why?

His other books are equally as good. His voice is soothing and I am usually 'out' by the end of the first track.

    Any additional comments?

I wish there was a way to do a continuous loop without playing the Audible intro and ending. It would make these books so much better, in my opinion.

This subliminal hypnosis program works for you on three different levels - positive affirmations will be spoken during your deepest state of open relaxation, low binaural beats that are almost imperceptible to the human ear work with your subconscious mind to anchor the positive affirmations to help you loosen your muscles, and ancient Solfeggio tones encourage healing and wholeness with powerful harmonic frequencies. Along with seven different soothing sounds of nature, these three elements combined together are the triad of positive change that will propel you toward a better future.

What would have made Loosen Your Muscles with Subliminal Affirmations better?

Well, considering that my muscles were tighter the next day, I am not sure what to say. I waited a few days and listened again with the same results. I'm not sure why that happened.
The sounds were distracting as well. The first track was supposed to be a fire place, I think. The snapping and random cracking were actually stressful, and I had to wonder if they had ever really heard a nice fire in a fireplace.
It would have been better if it did what it promised to do. The sound tracks need some work too.

Has Loosen Your Muscles with Subliminal Affirmations turned you off from other books in this genre?

No, I have used others with good results.

You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?

    Not really.

    Any additional comments?

All the CD ins this series have the same sound track, and I can't stand to listen to that noise. Maybe the others are better, but I will never know, because I will never, ever listen to them.

Would you consider the audio edition of Birds of a Feather to be better than the print version?

I haven't read the print version.

Who was your favorite character and why?

I like Billy for his view of things. He clearly is nearly as adept as Masie, and a valuabe friend and worker.

What do you think the narrator could have done better?

Slow down, for crying out loud! It's not a race. The fast pace detracted from the story. I changed the playback speed to 0.5 so that I could enjoy the story.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

    If only I could!

    Any additional comments?

I am thoroughly enjoying reading this series, and I am happy that there are so many more ahead to read.
