"Typical "King""
Yet another Stephen King story that would be a great read if not completely ruined by the last few pages (or minutes). I don't even know why I bother with his books anymore. The man is rarely ever able to end anything well.
"Pleasantly surprised!"
"the Hobbit" was my first "Dramatized" listen, and I found it to be quite enjoyable. I usually prefer to listen to unabridged books only, however, I desided to give this one a try, and I loved it. I can't wait until my daughter is old enough to have this played to her. I would strongly recomend this audio to families on road trips, and any fans of J.R.R. Tolkian.
"Hard to listen to, but imposible to put down !"
Never before have I so enjoyed a story that contains not a single central character within it who possesses any redeemable characteristics. This is not your fathers tale of the "old west". This is a dirty, brutally violent, frequently shocking tale of how bad the "old west" was.
"The Judge" represents both the white mans conquest of the west, as well as, the personification of EVIL.
"Seriously great audio"
Absolutely the most enjoyable audio book this listener has ever heard. Even if you are not into "Zombies", "World War Z" is just great fiction. In fact, replace the zombies of this book with some other apocalytic fate such as a viral pandemic, and much of the story plays out quite realistic. the cast is top notch, and make this tale even more rivoting.
