    This is the only Audible book I have been disappointed with. This book isn't read by Jay Snyder, as advertised, it's read by Kevin Someone, whose voice I find much too affected-- it is too enunciated, careful, and dramatic, and doesn't seem natural. He sounds like he's reading for a car commercial. The women's voices are in cheesy falsetto.

    His voice is so distracting from the story that I couldn't finish more than 45 minutes of the book. I have never read any Honor Harrington books before and so can't comment on the plotline, but the style of reading never let me escape into the story. In my opinion, a wasted credit!
