"obsolete = XP is current O/S discussed."
What disappointed you about Mastering the CompTIA A+?obsolete reference. XP was current o/s discussed... Vista was a one sentence mention and they knew nothing about Windows 7. Network stuff was ok, but not really much about wi-fi; Printer section was informative but does refer to a great many obsolete technologies.
Were the concepts of this book easy to follow, or were they too technical?Fast spoken, but understandable and able to follow along.
What does Todd Schick bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?The flow of the material... I always get way too bogged down on the details and he just goes on. He does present info that is on the test or likely to be tested in a clear and forthright manner.
If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Mastering the CompTIA A+?the old technologies... unless they happen to be on the A+ test(s).
Any additional comments?Need the audible versions to get updated as fast as the technology and tests move.
